Richard is an attorney at Kalish Law Firm where he focuses on matters involving personal injury, workers’ compensation, and insurance coverage disputes. Prior to joining Kalish Law as an associate in 2024, he worked as a law clerk at the Firm for over two years while earning his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
Richard is a lifelong Clevelander who grew up in the city’s Collinwood neighborhood. He is an avid sports fan, and played collegiate baseball where he was a First Team Academic All-American at CCBC-Catonsville located just outside of Baltimore, MD before coming back to Ohio to complete his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University.
During law school, Richard had the honor to serve as an extern to Ohio Supreme Court Justice Michael Donnelly. Additionally, he competed on Case Western Law’s nationally recognized Moot Court Team where he traveled to California to argue in the ABA’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition.
